Millie Bobby Brown Missing At Final Cast Viewing Party

Millie Bobby Brown was conspicuously absent during the private Stranger Things series finale viewing party held in New York City. The viewing party was held at the Paris Theater in New York City on December 26 among a group of actors who were watching the final episode of the worldwide hit television series together. Millie Bobby Brown was not present to celebrate the ending of the series she was so integral to because of a physical injury.

As per sources close to the actress, the current condition of Brown is apparently overcoming the shoulder dislocation injury she suffered earlier this month as a result of her fall. This has kept her back from traveling and was also the reason for not attending some promotional events, as she revealed during her television appearance, where she was seen wearing a sling.

This injury further led Brown to be absent from some important events, such as a morning television show appearance with her co-star Noah Schnapp and an appearance at the Paley Museum. The absence in all these events had direct linkage to her health conditions.

How Millie Still Joined the Emotional Finale Moment

Though she was unable to attend in person, Millie Bobby Brown did not entirely miss out on experiencing the finale with her castmates. Sources close to production say she was given a private link where she’d be able to watch the Stranger Things finale alongside her fellow castmates. In this way, she could enjoy the series’ emotional conclusion from the comfort of her own home as she continued to rest.

The rest of the cast showed up for the intimate screening, including Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, and Sadie Sink, marking a heartfelt farewell to the show that truly defined much of their careers. Several in the cast have reportedly told people the event was deeply emotional and reflected on almost a decade working together.

The finale of Stranger Things was the series finale, thus it concluded the supernatural story set in Hawkins, Indiana. Brown could not attend the event in person, but she remained close enough to the cast, and the show, as if underlining how attached she still remained to those characters-and her fans.

Now in its final season, Stranger Things is streaming on Netflix, concluding with its series finale on December 31st and bringing to an end one of the most influential shows of the streaming era.
